hi, im a mum to be and i have one very dry sore nipple! i really want to breast feed but not sure if i will be able to stand the pain..my doctor told me to get lansinoh and ive already been through 2 tubes of it..it doesnt seem to help? also i have a really sore pimple thing on the sore nipple, could this be an infection?
